Mihir S. Sharma ☆ 3 review
Well, I guess my one gripe with this e-single is... why was it not just an article in a newspaper? Mihir makes a few interesting, if not particularly new points on the type of reform needed and is a little subdued (surprisingly)with regards to what the government tried/achieved with it. An interesting point or two about the finance commission and how it deserves praise and by the same token the previous government; another about Moraji desai and his being the last finance minister to attempt to tax agricultural income. But in the end, this is a disappointingly short and non-comprehensive review of the budget. English
