Great read. Short, cute and pretty steamy. This is my first book by this author and I'm intrigued.

Piper has lost pretty much everything, her job, her father and their family home. She wondering when life is going to give her a break when she nearly ends up crashing and her car dies on the way to spend thanksgiving with her best friend. In despair she is shocked when a gruff mountain man is knocking on the window. When he offers her a bed for the night she doesn’t have much choice but to accept. She soon sees there is more to her mountain man Jake and he makes her feel things she never has. Has her luck finally changed and she’s now found a man to love or will he show her the door?

Jake doesn’t celebrate the holidays and is happy being alone, that is until Piper switches his world upside down, he wants her and only her but she’s not meant to be there and he’s dreading her trying to leave. Can he convince her to stay on the mountain or is he about to have his heart broken?

Short and sweet holiday story, great little read. Bella B. Wilde This is a quick but great read! I loved every minute of it. I didn't want it to end. I really enjoy reading anything by this author.

Piper has had some awful things happen to her. On her way to her friend's house for Thanksgiving, she almost hits Jake. Jake is in his truck and was just going to give a stern warning to the driver. He is shocked by Piper's beauty. He offers her a place to stay for the night. He asks her to stay with him for Thanksgiving. Will they realize that they are meant to be?

This was a short and sweet story. It starts off with Piper heading to her BFFs home to spend the Thanksgiving holiday and ends up with her thoughts of everything bad that has happened to her and now her car decides to break down almost causing an accident. She thinks this is the end as a huge mountain man comes to her window barking at her because she almost wrecked with him. Jake is the mountain man that is all upset; however, once he takes a look at her that is all that is needed to rear back the anger for the almost accident. Immediately, she starts to feels an attraction for him as well as he does with her, but they keep to themselves, until he hears that her best friend is canceling with her and now she has nowhere to go. This is where the luck turn on both and the story gets better. You must pick up a copy of this book and the past two books in this series even though they are stand alones, I can only image how great those are.

This story is quite on the short end but never the less quite fun one to read. It has quite a good storyline given how short it is and the characters are just beautiful. If you need a feel good story for a short evening this one might just be it for you. I at least enjoyed reading it. There were some strange sentences in the story but I hope the author will check my private message and have it read over once again, otherwise it would clearly be very close to the five star category but as is I am giving it beautiful four stars.

Unfortunately when her car starts acting up she almost hits another vehicle and the owner is a huge, gorgeous, grumpy mountain man named Jake. He lets her stay at his cabin, says he'll get her car fixed and get her on her way. But there is serious chemistry between these two, so grab this book and hang on tight cause I'm not sure Piper will be able to leave Jake behind!!! Great read and I highly recommend it!

This is an amazing story that'll draw you in from the first chapter on. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.

Piper has had a few rough months with her the loss of her job, her boyfriend dumped her and her dad passed away. On her way to see her best friend Piper is rescued by sexy mountain Jake after she nearly crashes her into him. Jake brings her back to his cabin in the woods. Instead of being scared of this big broody mountain man, Piper feels safe and protected. And the chemistry between them was intense. Great addition to this series. 5 stars!!!
Bella B. Wilde I really enjoyed this book. The characters and the story were awesome. Piper is down on her luck when she runs into (almost literally) Jake. Jake is a mountain man and helps Piper after her car breaks down. Their chemistry makes them both act a little uncomfortable, but soon enough the sparks fly. This story made me happy and that's the best kind of story. I definitely recommend reading this book.
