1. Plot: Orphan girl is found to be child of prophecy and gets adopted into Duke's household, where she manages to win everyone over with her pure heart and sheer cuteness.
2. Child rebirth/transmigration plots where cuteness is used as a weapon is VERY MUCH my thing. I love them so much, in fact, that some of that affection bleeds into stories without the reincarnation element, which I find less compelling.
3. Part of the reason why it's less compelling is that the story now has to have a protagonist who is genuinely a cute child not not a scheming adult in the body of a cute child (already less fun) who is ALSO wise and emotionally mature beyond their years and very intelligent and ALSO naive and innocent and pure-hearted. None of those traits are bad by themselves. All of them together results in something cloyingly saccharine. Patience and forbearance and wisdom are not traits I've seen in any kid I've interacted with, and cuteness can only do so much.
4. This story falls neatly into the 'even the scary people immediately love her and want her to be part of their family' camp. Which, while not not-cute, strains my credulity a little. Especially in conjunction with the aforementioned sweetness.
5. The only person in this story who has had a rational reaction to the protagonist is the adopted brother, and the rest of the cast (and the story itself) judges him a little for that. While he's being an asshole to a cute kid who just wants to help (and that's unfortunate), he was also the person (other than the maid) whose feelings I sympathized with. Also, said cute kid got on my nerves a little with how trusting and sweet and understanding she was to a kid who hasn't been particularly kind to her. She also has this thing where she trusts the plot relevant characters instantly while the knights and maids who actually make an effort to be kind to her are abandoned in moments of distress.
6. Look, it's still a three star story (weak. i am weak.) and all of these are tiny gripes, but taken together they imply that the relationships are developed too fast and too strong for the sake of incoming plot. من به قدرت بیشتری نیاز دارم…من باید برای نجات مردم و خودم ازدواج کنم؟اونم با کسی که قراره پادشاه آینده ی کشور بشه؟!چاره ای نیست برای نجات جون خودم و بقیه مجبورم..پس من ازدواجو قبول میکنم.
یعنی حالا ملکه کوچولو م��تونه جهانو نجات بده.
شخصیت خیلی کیوتن ولی روند داستان خسته کننده و لوسه قابل تحمل هستش چون من به خاطر یکی از شخصیت دارم میخونمش و ادامه میدم،اما میتونست داستان قوی تر بنویسن اگه این کار می‌کردند بهتر میشد و منم میتونستم بهش امتیاز بهتری بدم،نمیدونم چرا بعضی از مانهوا که داستان پردازی قوی نداره این شکلی کش میدن!! 아기 황후님 [Agi Hwanghunim] (Our Little Empress [Novel])
