More helpful info from Sue Really, it's mostly the same routines, just how they are applied to specific sports, game day routines, etc...), but I did find a couple of new things I can add to the foam roller class I'm currently teaching. Would still love to participate in a training/certification one day. There was one locally last year, but I didn't find out about it until after registration had closed. Couldn't have afforded it, anyway... 336 Book is great and I bought the foam roller kit to do the exercises and it has helped calm my chronic headaches and fibromyalgia pain significantly! 336 Notes:
This book was so boring! And I usually love the science parts of health books, but just too repetitive and wordy.
Some ideas are just better in video form. Plus if you don't have a roller you can't do the exercises. 336 Sue’s methods are nothing short of genius! Her research, application and design of the MELT method has been life changing for me after suffering for years from chronic pain, both post radical hysterectomy over 17 years ago, and more recently having a section of my rib removed to release the brachial plexus due to a congenital condition.
